6. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Network-compliant)Important: Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
• Once the service has started, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
• No refunds are granted for:

• Delays caused by banks, regulators, or third parties
• Failure of the client to provide required information

Chargebacks without prior written dispute resolution are considered a breach of these Terms.

• 7. Chargebacks & DisputesClients agree to contact Dubarium FZE first to resolve any disputes.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination.

8. Client ResponsibilitiesThe client agrees to:

Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
